Spring/Summer 2010 Fashion Trend: Clogs

This Spring you may want to yodel while sporting one of the most off-the-wall trends to emerge from the SS2010 runways (Above: Chanel; Miu Miu; Louis Vuitton; Camilla Skovgaard)...the clog! Thanks to the heavy-hitter trend-setter Chanel, the clog is making a comeback this Spring. What do you think of this trend? I just can't see myself getting into this trend. I spent a good part of the 90s wearing oversized clunky shoes, so to revert back would seem like a step in the wrong direction for me!!! If, however, you can't wait to find your inner Gretel, below are some clogs you may want to consider purchasing for this Spring: Jeffrey Campbell "Charli-C" clog for $124.95 available on www.nordstrom.com; Jeffrey Campbell "Stampede" wrap-me-up clog for $129 available on www.lulus.com; Joie "Get on Up" slingback peep-toe clog for $335 available on www.bloomingdales.com; Stuart Weitzman open-toe platform clog for $345 available on www.neimanmarcus.com; KORS Michael Kors "Sassy" platform clog for $275 available on www.saks.com; Lucky Brand "Maddox" clog for $88.95 available on www.nordstrom.com; MICHAEL Michael Kors "Sycamore" clog for $119.95 available on www.nordstrom.com; Steven by Steve Madden "Barc" peep-toe clog for $139 available on www.piperlime.com.
